Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana
After meeting with BCBS marketing representatives to discuss their goals for Blue 365, a discount program for BCBS members. My four person team first used mosaic to identify a desirable target market, we collected further data specific to our campaign from individuals in our desired market via a focused survey. Using those findings we developed a comprehensive marketing plan that would promote the personalization aspect of the Blue 365 program.
The final presentation to the BCBS marketing representatives included a report on our market research and a 3- month schedule for complete campaign roll-out. In the campaign I was responsible for creating a slogan, one of our two commercials, the majority of print collateral and was a crucial component in the conceptualization of the interactive marketing promotion.
Overall our work was picked as the best presentation out of the 10 teams that presented to the BCBSLA representatives.
