Our three-person senior team created “Popkern” as a temporary graphic design entity, to project the professionalism of our “firm” and to communicate our aesthetic and design skills. We designed the brand of our logo to evoke a fun, retro, circus-y vibe and to express the whimsical atmosphere of our group. Making materials a key part of the brand, we used a laser-cutting technique to create the cover for the functional users’ manual, as well as a stamp with our logo out of wood.
